Job Description
Product Manager owning and elevating SwimOutlet's team store experience. Collaborating with design, engineering, and customer support for seamless product releases.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Swim Team Store roadmap
- Prioritize features and improvements to optimize team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment.
- Engage directly with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to uncover their needs and pain points.
- Use tools like Lovable, Claude, Claude Design to rapidly bring ideas to life, test with real users, and iterate based on feedback.
- Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless product releases.
- Ensure the platform feels trustworthy, frictionless, and inspiring, capturing SwimOutlet’s spirit as the go to swim partner.
- Define and track KPIs including adoption, NPS, retention, and team order value, and use data to refine and prioritize.
- Align product initiatives with SwimOutlet’s strategic goals, ensuring both ROI and customer impact.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in product management: ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
- Domain Expertise Background in ecommerce operations, community driven products, or team sports retail.
- Firsthand experience with swim teams or youth sports organizations as a coach, athlete, parent, or administrator.
- Prototyping expertise Strong working knowledge of Lovable, Figma, or similar tools.
- Customer first mindset Ability to empathize deeply with end users and advocate for their needs.
- Analytical and strategic Comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and making data driven decisions.
- Strong communicator Skilled at alignment and storytelling across leadership, design, engineering, and customer facing teams.
- Entrepreneurial background Proven ability to identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive innovation in fast paced environments.
