Job Description
Product Manager driving Umo Pass and cFlex products at Cubic, a transportation technology solutions provider. Leading agile teams to deliver innovative fare payment systems for transit agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Umo Pass and cFlex products
- Work closely with product development teams, business owners, and stakeholders
- Define and prioritize work for the platform
- Lead execution and deliver innovative solutions for transit agencies
- Maximize value delivered in minimum time
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of product management or related experience
- Demonstrated success in leading product launches and driving measurable business impact
- Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SaaS business models and large-scale platform products
- Expertise in behavioral analytics, feature flag management, and customer engagement platforms
- Diversity of experience in product management, project management, vendor management, legal, user experience, and/or customer support
- SAFe, Scrum, or other related Agile practice certifications
