Job Description
Product Manager Jr assisting development team in portfolio alignment and market strategies. Collaborating with squads to deliver quality products and ensuring strategic decisions based on user feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap within the squad, aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Work across multiple small squads (6–8 developers), collaborating daily to execute plans, set deadlines, and ensure quality deliveries
- Interact weekly with the squad to align expectations and deadlines
- Conduct discovery processes, validating hypotheses using data, benchmarks, and user feedback
- Serve as the point of contact in the feedback loop between users and the product
- Track product metrics and support the creation of indicators that reflect the progress of initiatives
- Document and communicate product decisions
- Present roadmap progress and objectives to stakeholders monthly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in digital product roles (such as APM, Junior PM, or related positions in B2C products)
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and impact-based prioritization
- Proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to learn with data-oriented autonomy
- Intermediate or fluent English is a plus
- Basic understanding of design and UX, familiarity with wireframing, UX thinking, and user experience best practices
- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL)
