Job Description
Clinical Data Platform Product Manager focused on FHIR and HL7 healthcare integrations. Leading product development processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams for revenue cycle solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale data systems that power an OS of revenue cycle applications
- Focus on FHIR and HL7 integrations with EHR systems
- Collaborate with implementation analysts, partners, engineering, and product teams
- Lead project planning and execution by running meetings and guiding teams through high-quality plans and roadmaps
- Break down intricate data and integration challenges into actionable requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify root causes and shape strategy
- Apply deep knowledge of integration standards and interoperability to guide an API-forward integrations platform
- Lead the product development process and ensure timely and successful delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or integrations in healthcare
- Strong familiarity with healthcare data standards and formats, such as HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON
- Deep experience working with data platforms, AI/ML-driven systems, or highly technical products
- SQL proficiency for data analysis, validation, and debugging
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments where prioritization, ownership, and adaptability are essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for both internal teams and external clients
