Job Description
Trainer responsible for learner success and motivation in product management with AI tools. Teaching from home in a flexible and supportive environment leveraging modern educational methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the learning success and motivation of participants.
- Support learners in a flipped-classroom model.
- Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application.
- Encourage the group to share and discuss what they have learned.
- Supervise individual assignments within project work and evaluate the project deliverables.
- Support the (further) development of the product.
- Deliver training from a home office (remote).
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in product management (2+ years).
- Solid practical experience in product management, with analogue and/or digital products as well as AI-enabled applications.
- Degree or training in business, technology, innovation, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira.
- Strong product management experience and hands-on use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) across the full product lifecycle.
- Confident in working with hypotheses, experiments, and innovation processes.
- Knowledge of business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based performance measurement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in lateral leadership, and working with product and project teams.
- Data-driven approach using KPIs, experiments, and basic analyses.
