Job Description
Product Operations Manager streamlining product planning, launch readiness, and dashboards at Smartsheet, an AI-powered work management company. Connecting product, engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support and own product planning cycles, including quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly team rhythms
- Drive launch coordination by maintaining checklists, tracking cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring teams are go-live ready
- Build and maintain product health dashboards and surface actionable data for prioritization decisions
- Document processes, build playbooks, and identify workflows for tightening or automation
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured and closed
- Partner with analytics to answer operational questions and support product decision-making
- Connect product, engineering, design, and GTM teams
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role
- Strong process instincts
- Comfort with data and ability to translate dashboard insights into clear recommendations
- Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills
- Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Builder mindset with focus on automation
- Familiarity with GTM or launch coordination workflows
- Exposure to AI productivity tools in an operational context
