Job Description
Product Owner responsible for gathering requirements and prioritizing backlog for Salesforce solutions. Focus on ensuring business value and user experience across various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business areas, stakeholders and the development team.
- Gather, document and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write User Stories with clear acceptance criteria aligned to the overall strategy.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring deliveries that provide business value.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives).
- Analyze processes and propose improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Map user journeys and identify opportunities for automation and personalization.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliveries.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and governance.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on CRM projects.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience writing User Stories, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing the backlog.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Fluent English for verbal and written communication with stakeholders and international teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or BA certification).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis and BI tools.
- Experience working on international projects.
