Job Description
Product Solution Manager managing end-to-end solutions across multiple Agile Release Trains at Humana. Ensuring cohesive execution and high quality delivery across teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Define, align, and deliver the end-to-end solution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and external partners
- Ensure that all components of the solution work together to achieve business outcomes
- Act as the single accountable leader for solution success, aligning stakeholders before development
- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure integrated, scalable delivery of high quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years in a product, solution, or delivery leadership capacity
- Relevant experience ideally includes one or more of the following: Product Management; Solution Management / Solution Delivery; Agile Coaching or Agile Delivery Leadership
