Job Description
Product Solutions Consultant at RingCentral focusing on Video Rooms solutions. Leading technical sales cycles and providing technical confidence to close video room deals and accelerate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert on sales calls
- Lead technical pitches and deliver presentations
- Consult on existing AV infrastructure and physical layouts
- Remove technical barriers to sale during negotiations
- Mentor sales engineering team on Video Room opportunities
- Provide feedback on hardware interoperability and feature gaps
- Ensure seamless transition from sold to deployed solutions
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or AV Consulting
- Deep technical knowledge of the video hardware ecosystem
- Understanding of wiring, POE, HDMI injection, and room acoustics
- Ability to discuss network requirements with IT Directors and CIOs
- Familiarity with sales cycles and understanding of business value
- Exceptional presentation skills
