Job Description

Program Analyst supporting IHS Health Information Technology modernization program. Managing subcontractor timekeeping systems and ensuring compliance with reporting standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages subcontractor timekeeping systems, like SETRIS, and enforces subcontractor timekeeping policies
  • Conducts hours reconciliations across workstreams to ensure accurate time reporting and compares each reconciliation to each task order budget
  • Enforces Performance Work Authorization (PWAs) with allotted hours and charge codes
  • Assists with contract Labor Category (LCAT) verifications alongside task order managers and hiring managers
  • Ensures hours forecasts and actuals align with workload requirements on the program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, and subcontractor timekeeping processes and policies
  • Experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Government contracts experience and knowledge of multiple contract types
  • Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, as needed.
