Job Description
Senior Program Manager leading the VA Healthcare Engineering and Facilities Program under the IHT contract. Collaborating with VA leadership to ensure contract deliverables and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Healthcare Engineering and Facilities Program
- Serve as the Contractor's primary lead for all assigned HEFP portfolio program areas
- Supervise and mentor contractor personnel across assigned programs
- Lead senior management briefings and executive-level communications for VA leadership
- Track and manage project execution across the HEFP portfolio
- Oversee performance management across large, complex capital project portfolios
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive program management experience with a BS degree
- Demonstrated experience working within the VA, VHA, or a comparable federal healthcare agency environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential
