Job Description
Program Coordinator responsible for healthcare program operations at partner hospitals across Punjab. Engaging with partners, monitoring outcomes, and supporting training in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of YosAid program at hospitals
- Be the primary coordinator for a set of partners
- Attend review meetings held at hospital and district level
- Monitor output data for assigned hospitals
- Conduct class quality audits for randomly selected hospitals
- Support training of the trainer activities
- Work with in-house team to implement experimental design activities
- Gather feedback on experimental activities
Requirements:
- Healthcare or management background (MPH, MHA, MBA, BPT, Bachelors in nursing)
- Proficiency in MS Office/G-drive, common computer applications
- 6 months-3 years of relevant work experience
- problem solving skills, a team player and an excellent communicator.
- Required to manage relations with government staff in a sensitive manner
- Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi & English.
