Job Description
Programs Manager France coordinating campaign strategies for Laudato Si’ Movement in France. Collaborate with partners to mobilize Catholic community towards ecological justice.
Responsibilities:
- The Programs Manager France coordinates the delivery of campaign strategies for LSM in France.
- Collaborating with, supporting, and growing partnerships throughout the country.
- Provide vision, outstanding project management, and grassroots organizing.
- Build LSM's presence and help fulfill the mission of inspiring and mobilizing the Catholic community.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate 2 to 4 years of experience in non-profit organizations, preferably faith-based and/or environmental.
- Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of experience in staff or volunteer management.
- Demonstrate familiarity with ecological issues at both the level of impact and the level of policy, including the nature of the fossil fuel industry.
- Experience working in a Catholic context and knowledge of French faith actors.
- Comfortable working in a prayerful faith-based environment.
