Job Description
Program Manager at Presidio managing IT projects and ensuring successful delivery across multiple clients. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to align with project goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client projects across multiple service offerings
- Close collaboration and alignment with the delivery and sales team leadership
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones and dependencies
- Lead resolution of issues/escalations related to budget, schedule, and scope
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met and escalate to Presidio leadership when necessary
- Serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in IT project and program management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- PMP or similar professional certification preferred
- Experience leading projects with AWS and Azure technologies
- Strong time management, analytical, communication, thought leadership, team building, motivational and customer service skills
