Job Description

Project Administrative Office Engineer supporting Turner & Townsend’s commercial real estate projects across the United States. Coordinating documentation, schedules, reporting, governance, and project controls remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced administrative support to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate projects
  • Support day-to-day program operations and administrative activities
  • Support project management across budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk for commercial real estate projects
  • Maintain program documentation, records, correspondence, and project files
  • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
  • Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through completion
  • Assist with team member onboarding and distribution lists
  • Track project progress against goals, objectives, budgets, and timelines
  • Report status and variances and assist with action plans
  • Coordinate with program controls disciplines, program delivery, and the Delivery Director
  • Prepare and coordinate delivery schedules
  • Facilitate communication across projects and program domains
  • Support executive presentations and briefing materials
  • Maintain program repositories, document libraries, and records management systems
  • Ensure version control and coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution
  • Coordinate site visits, surveys, and site preparations
  • Support compliance with documentation standards and account governance processes
  • Model company RISE values and explain complex information clearly
  • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Combination of experience and education considered instead of a degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience preparing reports, meeting minutes, and executive-level presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management, owner's representative, or commercial project management experience
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices required
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices helpful
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mentality
  • Experience working with Kahua is a plus
