Job Description
Agency project coordinator managing video projects and QA for Clients Blackbox, a Meta advertising agency serving financial advisors. Coordinating deadlines, revisions, deliverables, and editor feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
- Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
- Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
- Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
- Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong project coordination and time-management skills
- Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience
