Job Description
Testing Project Manager leading AI-powered QA automation and CI/CD testing for Valtech, an experience innovation company serving global brands. Managing testing strategies, projects, and teams across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve factory efficiency
- Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines
- Own the roadmap for AI Copilot phases planned in TF
- Develop and execute automation scripts for desktop, web, and iOS mobile native applications
- Build and implement automation testing strategies for client applications and digital and retail platforms
- Define and implement end-to-end testing processes for global digital platforms
- Consult with development engineers to resolve problems
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality
- Prepare test metrics documentation
- Interact with developers and business analysts to resolve testing-related issues
- Manage testing projects and people
Requirements:
- 10+ years of QA Project Management experience
- Experience with Playwright and Selenium automation
- Experience with LambdaTest and Postman
- People management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus
- Experience developing and executing automation scripts for desktop, web, and iOS mobile native apps
- Experience with TestComplete, Selenium tools, and data analysis
- Experience in the retail eCommerce domain
- Java programming and Selenium scripting knowledge
- Excellent software debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience building automation testing strategies
- Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies for enterprise companies across web, mobile, and desktop
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, functional/e2e/API testing, and automation frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines
- Experience with ORPOS, retail domain, or digital testing is good to have
- Python/Java scripting, Selenium, and Playwright are good to have
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
