Job Description

Project Manager leading facility condition assessments for GoldenWolf’s federal facility management services. Supervising assessment teams and delivering engineering-based infrastructure recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Facility Condition Assessment contracts and ensure work aligns with contract scope
  • Lead and supervise teams conducting visual assessments of real property
  • Evaluate operating efficiency, capacity, and remaining life expectancy of facilities
  • Serve as Site Lead with oversight, mentorship, and quality control for junior assessors
  • Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, up to 50%, to perform field assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment
  • Develop, validate, and update assessment work plans aligned with CMMS–Facilities Management systems
  • Generate and review detailed facility condition reports with engineering-based maintenance and sustainment recommendations
  • Act as technical liaison for FCA platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to program standards
  • Support leadership and clients with infrastructure investment planning and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with proposal, marketing, and cross-functional teams to provide technical input for business development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, industry, and company regulations and standards
  • Coordinate pre-site meetings, data gathering, software validation, and travel logistics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering or construction management program OR 10+ years of technical experience with Real Property Systems and facility components
  • 5+ years leading Facility Condition Assessment programs
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to mentor junior assessors
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating infrastructure conditions
  • Ability to manage and interpret complex datasets to produce actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report development and client presentations
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility condition assessment software
  • Demonstrated experience producing engineering-based recommendations and comprehensive reports
  • Experience with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) procedures
  • Preferred certifications: PE, PMP, CCM, LEED AP, CPC
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
  • Must be a US citizen due to contract requirements
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
