Job Description
Projekt Manager:in coordinating internal teams and clients at VIERLESS GmbH for project success. Managing strategies, tasks, and communication effectively in a creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Development of strategies and project roadmaps
- Management and optimization of internal processes
- Close collaboration with clients and the team to ensure optimal project delivery
- Planning and allocation of tasks as well as capacity management
- Creation and monitoring of time and project schedules
- Responsibility for project progress and communication with executive management
- Supporting our delivery team by removing obstacles so they can focus on delivery
- Accompanying our content teams on production days
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident interaction with clients and internal teams
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Solution-oriented working style and quick grasp of new information
- Ability to stay calm and work in a structured way—even in stressful situations
