Job Description
Project Manager leading execution of projects at Avalere Health ensuring every patient is identified and cared for. Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and resource management in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of projects
- Responsible for the creation of the project plan
- Own the process from inception to completion
- Participate in budget determination and project scheduling
- Manage resources for deliverables and raise red flags as needed
- Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings
- Work with internal team to define program requirements
- Conduct formal internal review meetings and team status meetings
- Maintain daily communications with team members
- Ensure that issues and risks are identified and resolved
- Conduct internal copy/layout reviews and facilitate client presentations
- Manage the financial tracking process for the project
- Provide meaningful feedback to teams and analyze process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-5 years project or account management experience in Pharma agency environment
- Experience with timeline development and budget management required
- Ability to establish and build productive relationships with diverse personalities
- Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic desire to continuously learn and innovate
- PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
- Workfront and Jira experience required
