Job Description
Project Manager overseeing the implementation of virtual care services at Providence with close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Responsible for leading project lifecycle and achieving timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects for the implementation and launch of virtual care services
- Leading all aspects of the project lifecycle
- Partnering closely with sponsors/leaders at customer sites
- Collaborating with VCDH colleagues, Service Line leaders, clinical operations, and other operational functions
- Navigating and communicating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders
- Achieving project goals within timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Coursework/Training: Project management, change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.)
- 3 years of Managing projects and/or programs.
- 2 years of Demonstrated track record of implementing projects with high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- 2 years of Presentation and facilitation experience to executive audiences.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred upon hire
- 2 years of Healthcare industry experience preferred
- 1 year of Telehealth experience preferred
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred.
