Job Description
Project Manager coordinating client projects under Projects On Demand service. Managing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery while working remotely during CST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate client projects under our Projects On Demand service
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Assign tasks to Virtual Assistants
- Track progress and manage allocated hours
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project or operations management
- Strong proficiency in Asana or other task management tools
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full-time during CST hours (night shift)
- Experience working with VAs or in a remote environment is a strong advantage.
