Job Description
Project Manager managing the implementation of industrial equipment for Vetta. Leading projects with a focus on operational excellence and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation projects for industrial equipment, electrical systems, and automation systems
- Ensure efficient integration with the shop floor and corporate systems (Level 3 – e.g., MES/ERP)
- Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and technical performance
- Include commissioning and start-up phases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics)
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management (preferred)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Proven experience in industrial automation projects (PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks)
- Integration with Level 2 systems (e.g., supervisory systems, historians, MES)
- Hands-on experience in commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up of plants
- Experience in a shop floor/manufacturing environment
- Experience working with industrial equipment suppliers
- Knowledge of automation architecture and OT/IT integration
- Desirable technologies: PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric), Supervisory systems (SCADA), MES systems (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk), Industrial protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC), Industry 4.0 and IIoT concepts, Basic industrial cybersecurity
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Willingness to travel
