Job Description
IS Project Manager managing large, diverse, and complex projects across multiple divisions for Providence. Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project alignment with objectives while mitigating risks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large, diverse, and complex projects across multiple divisions and/or functional areas
- Plan, organize, and lead cross functional teams to complete project tasks
- Ensure projects are planned and executed in alignment with project objectives
- Identify possible risks/issues for mitigation planning
- Handle change management for project team/impacted users
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 or more years Project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or other relevant industry or operations leading large, diverse and complex projects.
- Applying Project Management methodology based on project management principles
- Incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects
- Facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders
- Speaking in a professional presentation environment
- Business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning.
