Job Description
Associate Project Manager at ICON supporting clinical trial management through coordination activities and document development. Requires expertise in project management within translation or localization services.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
- Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
- Supporting the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
- Participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in project management within translation, localization, or language services
- Experience with Life Sciences translation projects (pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical, or biotech) a PLUS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other document formats (e.g., PDFs, XML, PowerPoint).
