Job Description
Project/Program Manager managing SAP SuccessFactors related projects across EMEA. Leading project delivery, financial control, and client satisfaction in a global HR consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional, EMEA-wide project or program teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery in line with project management methodology and client expectations.
- Coordinate diverse teams across EMEA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Drive completion of all deliverables, including project plans, budgets, testing, implementation, and handover to business-as-usual (BAU).
- Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly in HR Transformation projects powered by SuccessFactors.
- Resource projects effectively from initiation to completion, balancing delivery needs with financial constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- 8+ years of international consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- 5+ years of experience managing a professional services team or organization
- 4+ years of experience leading SuccessFactors projects (Payroll & Time Management)
- A consultant mindset - ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven track record in project management and participation in steering committees at senior levels within large organizations.
- Project Management certification(s) highly valued.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is a very big plus.
