Job Description
Project Marketing Manager overseeing internal project delivery at a US-based agency specializing in marketing solutions. Ensuring high-quality execution and leveraging AI-driven efficiencies across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SEO, GBP, website, content, and advertising projects from start to finish
- Translate client packages and SEO strategies into clear, executable plans
- Manage project boards in ClickUp to ensure deadlines, accountability, and task completion
- Lead and develop the fulfillment team by setting expectations, reviewing performance, and enforcing accountability
- Align execution with SEO strategy and client goals
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and execution realities
- Build and deploy AI tools and agents using Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar platforms
- Monitor metrics including organic traffic value, GBP performance, keyword rankings, and lead quality
- Build and maintain quality control checklists, audits, and review systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years of agency experience, preferably supporting US-based clients
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO strategy and execution experience
- Experience managing cross-functional remote teams
- Strong expertise in local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, and site architecture
- AI-native mindset with experience building tools, agents, or automating workflows using Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, and SOP documentation
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LeadSnap, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools preferred
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environments preferred.
