Job Description
Remote Marketing Specialist optimizing websites, HubSpot campaigns, SEO, and digital content. Supporting campaigns, LinkedIn publishing, CMS management, and conversion improvements for an IT services client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch new website pages and sections
- Redevelop and optimise existing pages to improve user journey and conversion
- Manage ongoing website maintenance and updates within the CMS
- Ensure website content is accurate, current, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Improve website usability, engagement, and conversion
- Optimise website structure, content, and functionality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on website development
- Optimise website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO
- Develop content to improve organic visibility and discoverability
- Support technical SEO hygiene and website health
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Manage and maintain marketing activity within HubSpot
- Build, schedule, publish, and monitor digital marketing campaigns
- Support campaign automation, workflows, and audience segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations
- Maintain and optimise marketing databases
- Develop, build, and publish digital campaigns across relevant channels
- Schedule and publish LinkedIn content
- Develop engaging content aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences
- Create and adapt content and visual assets
- Edit and produce short-form video content
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across content
- Create and edit marketing assets in Adobe Creative Cloud
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience across digital marketing and website optimisation
- Essential hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS platform
- Experience managing, updating, and developing website content within a CMS
- Understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO
- Experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Experience developing, scheduling, and publishing LinkedIn content
- Experience with marketing automation and campaign reporting
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including basic design and artwork
- Experience with video editing and digital content creation
- Understanding of website user journeys and conversion optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment
- Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship
