Job Description
Marketing Manager driving partner demand, co-marketing, and enablement for Chaos’s visualization and design software. Owning partner campaigns, training, certification, and pipeline conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead channel and co-marketing planning and manage programs that fund and feed the partner pipeline, including MDF/PDF, lead sharing, trial campaigns, and annual joint marketing planning
- Design, deliver, and measure enablement programs covering partner readiness, onboarding, ongoing training, and certification
- Translate territory and regional revenue goals into partner marketing plans and channel-only campaigns
- Own partner newsletters, portal updates, and release communications
- Build annual joint marketing plans with strategic partners and track execution and performance
- Run the Partner Development Fund program, including request review and approval, activity tracking, and return reporting
- Manage the Partner Trial Program and lead-sharing initiatives, including partner follow-up and conversion
- Coordinate with Product Marketing, Direct Sales, and other go-to-market teams on partner-facing plans and campaigns
- Maintain relationships with channel partners and Channel Managers as the marketing point of contact
- Own the partner training cadence and partner-facing LMS
- Maintain curricula, retire outdated content, publish modules alongside product releases, and keep certification requirements current
- Create role-based learning paths, sales plays, certification paths, product documents, competitive battle cards, and objection-handling materials
- Deliver workshops and live sessions for priority partners alongside regional Channel Managers
- Track training, certification, and enablement engagement and performance metrics to improve program effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years in channel or partner-facing roles: channel marketing, partner enablement, channel management, or a mix
- Experience working with an indirect sales model, including resellers, VARs, and distributors
- Hands-on experience building joint marketing plans with individual partners
- Experience owning recurring partner-facing communication such as a newsletter, portal, or resource hub
- Hands-on experience managing MDF, co-op funds, or a comparable partner marketing budget, including approvals and performance reporting
- Experience building and running training programmes or certification paths for a sales-facing audience
- Experience delivering workshops or live sessions with confidence
- Experience creating partner-facing product documentation, competitive battle cards, and sales plays
- Experience working alongside a channel or indirect sales team, translating commercial targets into partner marketing activity and reporting on revenue contribution
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms, PRM or partner portals, marketing automation, and CRM reporting
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent partner programmes and stakeholder relationships
- Commercial and analytical thinking, comfortable working with data
- Ability to influence without authority across independent partner businesses and internal GTM teams
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication, including presenting plans and results
- Strong editorial judgement for partner-facing content and enablement materials
- Relationship building across cultures
- Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
