Job Description
Project & Process Manager at Heartland Solutions overseeing customer projects and developing sustainable governance structures. Focused on service-oriented collaboration and continuous improvement in technology-driven industries.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing and implementing client projects in the areas of management systems, compliance and organization
- Analyzing, designing and optimizing end-to-end processes, including roles, interfaces and responsibilities
- Translating technical, regulatory or organizational requirements into actionable project and process structures
- Facilitating workshops, alignment meetings and decision-making formats with clients
- Establishing project and process standards (e.g., documentation, reporting, governance)
- Ensuring transparency on progress, risks and dependencies
- Working closely with functional, technical and management stakeholders on the client side
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, process management, operations or organizational development
- Strong service and client orientation and enjoyment of regular coordination and advisory work
- Structured, independent working style with attention to detail and an understanding of interdependencies
- Ability to structure complex topics clearly and communicate them understandably
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and decision-making levels
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience in regulated or certification-related environments (e.g., ISO, GRC, compliance, IT-focused organizations)
- Knowledge of process modeling, governance structures or continuous improvement
- Tool affinity (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365/SharePoint)
- Experience in hybrid roles combining project control and line/process responsibility
