Job Description

Sales consultant for a highly qualified insurance brokerage focused on premium clients. Engaging in customer relationships and personalized insurance solutions while working 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and client management: Conduct commercial outreach to new clients and contracts, in addition to renewing and maintaining the existing portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth for the brokerage.
  • Personalized consulting: Prepare quotes, sell, and implement property & casualty insurance products (commercial, cargo, liability, surety/bond, property, among others), offering tailored solutions for each client.
  • End-to-end service: Manage all contract stages — implementation, amendments, endorsements, and negotiations — with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Client relationship and experience: Build strong relationships through consultative, differentiated service that promotes trust and credibility.
  • Team collaboration: Work with the team to ensure effective communication and excellence in service delivery.
  • Opportunity management: Monitor prospects and identify new business opportunities across different insurance lines.
  • Market awareness: Keep up with trends and changes in the property & casualty insurance sector to propose competitive and innovative commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling property & casualty insurance (commercial, cargo, property, surety, liability, etc.)
  • Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate level in Outlook, Word, Excel is required; PowerPoint is a plus)
  • Familiarity with insurer portals and quoting systems
