Job Description
Area Sales Manager responsible for business expansion in Stuttgart. Involves market analysis, client management, and collaborating with teams for sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs
- Implement the sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
- Manage customer relationships with architects, designers, and engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer support
- Use pipeline management and CRM tools for forecasting and reporting
- Specify technical product requirements for tender submissions
- Monitor industry trends and deepen product knowledge
- Lead negotiations and close contracts
- Prepare regular reports on activities and sales volumes
Requirements:
- Technical vocational training, Abitur (German university entrance qualification), or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience with tendering/bid processes
- Technical understanding and interest
- Strong communication skills and presentation experience
- Initial experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- PC skills: Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint
