Job Description

Sales Professional engaging with dental practices to promote Dentsply Sirona's products and services. Responsible for developing relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive consistent pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, quotas, and key performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
