Job Description

Account Executive managing the entire sales and customer lifecycle at Clarify. Engaging prospective customers and refining sales processes in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing deals
  • Handle renewals, expansions, and upsells across your book of business
  • Surface customer feedback to product and engineering to influence our roadmap
  • Develop and refine sales and success processes, helping us scale efficiently
  • Experiment with different GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound efforts
  • Define and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management
  • Skilled at discovery, running product demos, and value selling
  • Comfortable discussing both technical solutions and business outcomes with customers
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindset
  • Passionate about AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflows
  • *Bonus:* Familiarity with CRM tools, AI products, or sales automation software
