Job Description
Proposal Operations & Systems Lead at Lifebit enhancing bid processes with innovative AI solutions. Collaborating with teams to deliver impactful proposals in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operationalize the Bid Process: Define a winning bid process with a repeatable, scalable "Proposal Factory" workflow
- Build AI agents and workflows that accelerate & improve the quality of the bid process
- You own the proposal lifecycle—from the "Go/No-Go" decision to the final "Submit" button
- You identify knowledge gaps in a proposal and pull in the right resources
- You manage the timeline and ensure the final document speaks with "one voice"
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in management consulting and/or technical pre-sales in technology
- AI native: Highly proficient in common AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, no-code automation/agent building tools) and a strong desire to learn agent development skills
- 1+ years of experience with proposal writing and management is preferred
- Ability to translate dense technical concepts into clear business value
- Zero-Ego Doer: Happy to fix formatting issues in a Word doc at the 11th hour
- Collaborative Influence: Ability to get busy people to give you what you need without having formal authority
