Job Description
Strategic Operations Specialist at Zillow conducting outreach to brokers and driving product adoption. Focused on retaining agreements and fostering collaboration with industry partners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-market and virtual outreach to Brokers, MLSs, Associations, Agents, and Industry Partners to retain, acquire and drive product adoption
- Conduct outreach to Brokers, Agents, MLSs, and Associations to acquire listings and listing agreements
- Host webinars and in-person presentations to further business goals
- Conduct training/onboarding and work one-on-one with business partners
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of ShowingTime+ and Zillow Group
- Proactively connect and partner with various internal teams including Broker, MLS and Association Industry Affairs teams, as well as Broker and MLS Development Teams
- Occasionally host full team meetings, huddles, and project meetings
- Communicate regional metrics and present to management and stakeholders
- Work with peers to de-escalate and find solutions to issues
Requirements:
- Solid understanding and experience with the real estate industry
- Active real estate license is a plus
- 1 year + creating and facilitating training content
- Must possess excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment, perform at a high level and be motivated to get results
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Organized, creative and okay with ambiguity but driven to create clarity
- Adaptable, able to work on multiple projects or change priorities if necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - an emphasis on virtual comms (Zoom, Google Meetups, etc.) is a bonus
- Familiar with business support software applications such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, Tableau, Zendesk, Asana, etc.
