Job Description
Qualitätsmanager managing the quality assurance in mobile autoglass services with responsibilities in audits and team training. Working closely with field technicians for effective process evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance in mobile service operations
- Monitoring, managing and ensuring compliance with high quality standards across the nationwide service network
- Maintenance and optimization of the internal quality management system
- Planning and support of external certification audits
- Conducting internal quality and process audits and training
- Support in evaluating customer complaints
- Analysis of deviations and initiation of corrective actions
Requirements:
- Knowledge in establishing, maintaining and optimizing quality management (QM) systems
- Experienced in conducting internal and external audits
- Ideally, experience in the automotive or vehicle workshop sector
- Low travel requirement (occasional travel across Germany)
- Qualification as an internal auditor or Quality Management Representative (QMR) is an advantage
- Structured working style and strong communication skills
- Confident use of digital tools
