- Support significant customer, regulatory, and certification activities as needed
- Travel domestically and internationally as required, approximately 15–25% of the time
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Quality, manufacturing, engineering, or operational-excellence experience in a complex manufacturing environment; aerospace experience strongly preferred

- Strong analytical, project-management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex requirements and data into clear, actionable direction
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and changing business priorities
- Familiarity with FAA-regulated aerospace manufacturing or repair operations is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with QMS, ERP, MES, and business-intelligence tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline; equivalent relevant technical experience may be considered
