Job Description
QuickBooks Accountant supporting internal accounting and finance operations. Ensures accurate financial records and compliance while collaborating with multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate internal financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process daily and monthly accounting transactions for internal entities
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare internal financial reports and summaries for management review
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and variance reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus)
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and journal processing
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas beneficial)
- Excellent English communication and professional collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global team environment
