Job Description

QuickBooks Accountant supporting internal accounting and finance operations. Ensures accurate financial records and compliance while collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate internal financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Process daily and monthly accounting transactions for internal entities
  • Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare internal financial reports and summaries for management review
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and variance reporting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and journal processing
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas beneficial)
  • Excellent English communication and professional collaboration skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global team environment
