Job Description
Asesor de call center remoto resolviendo consultas de clientes de Internet Claro para MDY Customer Experience, empresa transnacional de BPO. Atención telefónica sin ventas en turno AM.
Responsibilities:
- Resolver dudas y consultas de los clientes que tengan el servicio de Internet Claro a través de llamadas
- Brindar atención para el cliente de Claro
- Atender consultas sin realizar ventas
Requirements:
- Estudios Educación Secundaria
- Sin experiencia
- Disponibilidad para modalidad remoto/home office y turno AM
- Disponibilidad para trabajar full time o part time
