Job Description
Texas real estate agents building businesses with Crown Homes’ expanding brokerage. Using coaching, modern systems, and flexible remote work to grow sustainably.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a real estate business with Crown Homes Real Estate
- Use brokerage tools and systems to stay organized, market effectively, and operate efficiently
- Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and business coaching
- Collaborate with other agents and contribute to a supportive culture
- Develop long-term partnerships during Crown Homes' Texas expansion
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate license in TX
- If licensed in another state, ability to apply for information about future expansion to that location
- Motivated, growth-minded professional
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Values collaboration, coaching, and long-term growth
- Willingness to join a brokerage during its Texas expansion
- Those currently pursuing licensing may apply
