Job Description
Texas real estate agents building businesses with Crown Homes’ expanding agent-focused brokerage. Accessing coaching, modern systems, and flexible remote work statewide.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a real estate business with Crown Homes Real Estate
- Operate using modern tools and systems
- Market effectively and operate efficiently
- Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and business coaching
- Collaborate with other agents and contribute to a supportive culture
- Build meaningful long-term partnerships during Crown Homes’ Texas expansion
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate license in TX
- Licensed Texas real estate agents or those currently pursuing licensing
- Agents licensed in another state may apply for information about future expansion locations
- Motivated, growth-minded professionals
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Value collaboration, coaching, and long-term growth
