Job Description
Redfin associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible remote field work for customers across the Gainesville market.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Complete field events as an independent contractor
- Participate in a video screening and recruiter follow-up during the application process
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Must pass background screening consistent with applicable law
