Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible field work supporting Redfin’s technology-driven residential brokerage.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Operate without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Complete a quick application and video screen if minimum qualifications are met
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Background screening consistent with applicable law
- Independent contractor status (1099)
