Job Description
Redfin associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible 1099 field work serving customers across Winston-Salem and Greensboro.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers, especially on weekends
- Operate without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Work remotely in the field with no office visits required
- Submit an application and complete a video screen if minimum qualifications are met
- Affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Background screening required
- Independent contractor status (1099)
