Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible field-based work with customer opportunities and no office visits required.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Work remotely out in the field with no office visits required
- Control your workload and receive customers, especially on weekends
- Work without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Submit an application and complete a video screen if minimum qualifications are met
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Background screening required
