Job Description
Junior Recruiter supporting hiring across multiple departments at LearnTastic, an online education platform offering professional development courses.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring team throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and development
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
