Job Description
Regional Director overseeing strategic growth and client satisfaction for private events at Common House. Leading sales strategies and operational management across multiple private club properties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across multiple private club properties
- Drive revenue from private events, lead sales strategies, and ensure seamless execution of all private events
- Develop and execute regional private events sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate private events sales and event teams across multiple properties
- Manage all operational aspects of private events, including event planning, logistics, and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Partner with club leadership to optimize resources and enhance the overall private events experience
- Ensure all events comply with budget and service standards
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to executive leadership
- Assist in pre-opening due diligence and the launch of new sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in private events sales and operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours as needed to support events and teams
