Job Description
Industry Events Specialist producing trade shows for Infios, a supply-chain software company. Managing vendors, budgets, logistics, lead capture, and cross-functional event execution.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sr. Director of Industry Events to plan and execute high-impact trade shows
- Manage event operations and logistics across multiple events, including timelines, vendors, materials, booth requirements, and show services
- Own relationships with external vendors and partners
- Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses within approved budgets
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Field teams on event objectives, staffing, promotion, and in-booth experiences
- Support pre-show, on-site, and post-show engagement activities
- Maintain event plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Support lead capture, data management, post-event follow-up, and reporting
- Support on-site event execution and represent the brand professionally during events
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and event effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in trade show or event marketing, supporting multi-event programs
- B2B or technology event experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Experience coordinating event logistics, vendors, and budgets
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or event management software is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to align and influence cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with ability to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Willingness to travel to support trade shows as needed
