Job Description
Events Marketing Manager scaling Chili Piper’s global GTM events for its B2B SaaS platform. Owning strategy, promotion, execution, community growth, and measurable pipeline impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own the annual event calendar and decide where Chili Piper should have a presence
- Bring original ideas, creativity, and humor to event execution
- Manage event execution end to end, including logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, shipments, swag, and on-site coordination
- Build landing pages, export and segment Salesforce and HubSpot contact lists, and run event promotion campaigns
- Produce virtual events and webinars from speaker preparation through the live show
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships on branding, promotion, prospects, customers, sponsors, and activations
- Ensure smooth on-site execution from load-in through completion
- Build and nurture relationships with GTM leaders, partners, and community members
- Track attendee data, engagement, outcomes, and pipeline impact
- Repurpose event content for social and post-event communications
- Source vendors, negotiate rates, and manage budgets
- Run event debriefs and improve the program based on learnings
Requirements:
- Builder mindset and ability to figure things out independently
- Tech-savvy with CRM exports, spreadsheets, event tools, and email automation
- Hands-on event execution and results tracking
- Creative problem-solving in changing event and vendor situations
- Organized, proactive, and able to create systems and manage priorities
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Customer-first approach to event experiences
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, trends, and AI applications
- 2+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, or community roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to plan and execute events ranging from small dinners to large activations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and event platforms such as Luma or Zoom Webinars
- Comfortable building simple landing pages, managing email lists, and running event promotion campaigns
- Skilled in vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and on-site coordination
- Strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact
- Experience managing partner collaborations or relationships with GTM leaders and communities is a plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS, RevOps, or MarTech is nice to have
- Prior partner activations or co-marketing event experience is nice to have
- Sponsorship or brand collaboration experience is nice to have
- Familiarity with analytics tools is nice to have
- A strong GTM, Sales, or Marketing community network is nice to have
- Social or content amplification experience is nice to have
- Willingness to travel to events as needed
